Ego Identity refers to an individual’s personal sense of self, encompassing their values, beliefs, roles, and goals. It is shaped by social interactions, cultural influences, and personal experiences, providing a framework through which individuals understand themselves and their relationship to the world. Ego identity is inherently unique and proprietary to each individual.

Ego is essential. Not inflated, not weaponized—but integrated.
